Mystery Of William M Cooley

I am a targeted individual of organized gang stalking also called stalking by proxy. This occurred to me after trying to fight for justice in my father's case. I am taking the blog down. I am tired of fighting and exposing an evil that I could never truly expose, as I am not the only victim of this kind of crime. Plus I have realized that there will be no justice of any sort. The more I seem to expose and speak out; the more I am targeted. Gang stalking is real - and is scary - and I hope that one day all victims will be able to put an end to this kind of torture, however I feel that I must move on and focus on my life and the life of my son.

Another IRS note - isn't this fraud to the I.R.S?

My sister and I who were minors when my father died have not seen one single penny of my father's estate.

The lawyers , and my grandmother have taken every cent - and now what is left is either going to the Department of Justice Contact. Blatant THEFT. A Lot of the money was received whilst the estate was purported INSOLVENT and my father was "bankrupt".

I am writing this post after listening to the advice of my mother.

This post will be very to the point - and will leave out any possible items or allegations that might be construed as conspiracy theory.

Here is blatant proof the the lawyers have not been honest with the court - or the IRS.

This is from the paper within the courts from written by the lawyer.

Here they state that the IRS has the knowledge of what my dad's taxi cab shares are worth.

The two lawyers representing my father's estate claim to the courts that the ten shares is carried at $3,072 dollars. . . .

Also take note of point 7 - How can the IRS refuse to take the shares IF my grandmother and her lawyer are writting to a bogus IRS address and a retired agent?

Now here is a letter my sister and I received from the lawyers this past spring.
This letter broke my heart- and caused a lot of emotional pain for my sister and I.
After 17 years of not receiving ANYTHING of our fathers ( not even his glasses or wedding ring)...

We were now being offered the chance to purchase our own father's shares...b/c of the "sentimental" value the lawyer states we said they had for us.

The offer to purchase or own inheritance?
15 thousand.

Even though the lawyers were telling the IRS that the shares were only worth 3 thousand..my sister who is ill - and myself a struggling single mother were now told they would have to purchase their own father's shares for 15 thousand dollars.

Note that this letter we received was written BEFORE the above letter was written for the "contact" at the Department of Justice.

In other words for my sister and I to purchase our own father's shares - we had to pay 15 thousand - and for the IRS - the lawyers claim it is only valued at 3 thousand.

I was however warned by my grandmother's lawyer that my sister and I wouldn't want to buy the shares anyways because then . .
"We would have to deal with the IRS" and that "nobody wanted the shares anyways"

Here is the letter we received from our grandmother's lawyer...

OK so there it is for anyone reading.

Lawyers tell the courts and the Department of Justice "contact" and the IRS the shares are woth only 3 thousand dollars.

Yet the heirs have to purchase their own inhertiance for how much???
15 thousand!

Truth be told I believe the shares to be worth much more than that ...

The share holders paid 100 thousand dollars in property taxes alone.

You see Diamond Cab own the property the establishment is on . . .

However when I went to Mr. Markham's office to buy the shares I were told they "were lost"

In fact Mr. Markham and Nicholas ward told Judge Burgess the share were "lost"...

IRS - the shares aren't LOST ...my grandmother put them into a voting trust - under her own name - pocketed the dividends all these years. Not telling the court, or the IRS about it, or the heirs about it...

Here is an acutal copy of the shares...

Plus I also have affidavits...

To anyone reading this - once again help me to publicize this fraud and theft!

Also how can the lawyers insist that the heirs pay 15 thousand....and tell the IRS they are only worth 3 thousand?

Below is the real reason the shares are now "lost"

They were transferred to my grandmother's own name just three years after my father died...
